Opening Ceremony of YASKAWA France

On 6 June 2019, YASKAWA France officially inaugurated its new headquarter, with a total area of 6,500 m², located at Le Bignon, in the south of Nantes. More than 250 people (customers, partners, representatives, academic institutions, etc.) attended the opening ceremony.

YASKAWA France opened the ceremony with the speeches of 6 representatives of YASKAWA management and politics :

- Pascal Jeangirard, Managing Director of YASKAWA France

- Manfred Stern, Corporate Officer, Regional Head YASKAWA Europe

- Susumu Kataoka, Managing Director of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization)

- Serge Hégron, Mayor of Le Bignon

- Johann Boblin, President of the Community of Communes of Grand Lieu

- Christelle Morançais, President of the Regional Council of Pays de la Loire

Various key moments punctuated the day. After the opening ceremony and a show from the “Ulik Robotic” company mixing circus arts and robotics, guided group tours were organized to introduce the new building, the company's fields of activity and services.

In this context, the technical and commercial teams presented the latest YASKAWA innovations in industrial robotics and automation solutions : collaborative robots, new range of ArcWorld compact welding cells, new YASKAWA Cockpit Industrie 4.0 solution, new GA500 microdrives ... Then the event ended with a cocktail-dinner.
